Cindy Beers, MS, E-RYT 500
 Cindy is a master yoga teacher/therapist and researcher specializing in quality-of-life interventions for individuals living with lipedema and/or lymphedema. She developed and leads a mind-body citizen science project with Lipedema Simplified, evaluating the effects of chair-based yoga, breath regulation, and guided meditation on self-reported pain, sleep disturbance, mobility limitations, and psychological distress.
With over 10,000 teaching and training hours, graduate training in leadership and philosophy, and certifications in clinical hypnotherapy and applied neuroscience, Cindy integrates neurophysiology-informed practices into scalable, community-based models designed to complement comprehensive lipedema care. Cindy has stage 2 lipedema.
