Dr. Leslyn Keith is a distinguished figure in lymphatic health, serving as a consultant for Lipedema Simplified. Based in California, USA, she is also an instructor in lymphedema therapy for Klose Training and Consulting, and operates a private practice specializing in lymphedema/lipedema therapy.

With a doctorate in Occupational Therapy and over two decades of experience, Leslyn is a respected researcher, particularly focusing on lifestyle interventions such as ketogenic diets for individuals with lymphedema, lipedema, and/or obesity. Her dedication to advancing treatment approaches and improving patient outcomes underscores her commitment to the field.

Siobhan Huggins

Siobhan Huggins

Research Specialist, Lipedema Simplified

Siobhan is a passionate researcher and metabolic health advocate, specializing in cholesterol, inflammation, and lipedema. As a Research Specialist at Lipedema Simplified, she’s dedicated to raising awareness about underrecognized conditions.

Her journey began in 2016 with a ketogenic diet that helped her reverse abdominal obesity and resolve chronic symptoms, igniting a deep curiosity about how nutrition impacts disease.

After being diagnosed with lipedema in 2021, she shifted her focus to this misunderstood condition and quickly became a respected voice in the community. Siobhan speaks at conferences and explores how keto and low-carb strategies may offer real hope.

She also co-founded Own Your Labs, a platform empowering people to track and explore their own health data.

With both personal experience and scientific insight, Siobhan brings a compassionate, evidence-based perspective to this important conversation.

Assistant Professor, SWPS University

Dr. Dudek specializes in evidence-based and contextual behavioral therapies, including ACT, FAP, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing. Her pioneering research centers on the psychological functioning and quality of life of women living with lipedema.

She has published widely, presented internationally, and helped highlight the essential role of psychosocial care in lipedema treatment.

She also develops interventions to support the emotional well-being of lipedema patients and works to increase global awareness and reduce stigma surrounding the disease.

She serves on the Medical Advisory Board of the Lipedema Project, contributing her expertise to improve patient care worldwide.

Founder & CEO, Lipedema Simplified & Lipedema Project

A trailblazer and visionary, Dr. Seo is not only an esteemed authority on Lipedema, she's also lived through its challenges.

Through her extensive research and personal journey, she has unlocked the keys to effectively managing and thriving with Lipedema.
