Stuck in the Start-Over Cycle with Lipedema? Discover How to Finally Make Simple, Sustainable Progress.
May 3, 2026 | 6:00 PM EDT | Live on Zoom
If you’ve been learning… but not consistently applying it, this is for you.
You may already know a lot about nutrition, keto-style approaches, lifestyle changes, and supporting your body with lipedema.
But knowing what to do and actually doing it consistently in real life are two very different experiences.
Maybe you’ve felt:
- Inspired… but inconsistent
- Motivated… but overwhelmed
- Clear one day… unsure the next
- Ready for change… but stuck in starting over
This free webinar is designed to help you understand why that happens—and what actually helps you move forward in a sustainable way.
What You’ll Learn in This Free Session
In just one hour, you’ll discover:
✨ Why consistency feels so hard with lipedema (and it’s not just willpower)
✨ The real reason motivation fades, even when you’re doing “all the right things.”
✨ What needs to change so healthy habits actually stick in real life
✨ How small, supported steps create more progress than extreme plans ever will
✨ What sustainable change actually looks like (without overwhelm or perfectionism)
"My goodness I am so glad I found this website! I have been a CLT since 2005 and have yet to find any actual appropriate education to address lipedema - I am hoping for further education opportunities!"
~Danielle R.
"Through you and all the others I have met along the way, I am in a much better place. I am grateful for all of you and will continue to follow you as much as I can."
~Melody K.
"Thank you. I am 55 and been living with lipedema from about age 14. Only in August 2020 heard about lipedema. An answer at last why I do not lose weight in certain areas. Understanding my body now do help. Difficult to find doctors in South Africa that know about lipedema. So thank you again for all your hard work and teaching us. Much appreciated!"
