Who is Nina?
Nina Manolson, M.A. is a Body-Peace® Coach, a Nutrition and Body-Relationship Therapist, Certified Psychology of Eating Teacher, Body-Trust Guide, Certified Intuitive Eating Coach and Nationally Board Certified Holistic Health Coach.

Dr. Catherine Seo's research explores self-compassion and meditation as a way to deepen self-acceptance. One study applies different techniques: Mindfulness Meditation and Innate Compassion Training Interventions and Body Image Dissatisfaction in Women.
Catherine has developed online courses on lipedema for patients and healthcare professionals as well as multi-media learning tools since 2013, is Director of the MasterClass Program, courses, and webinars, and is a professor of psychology with a concentration in Media.
